Dana specializes in commercial law and international business, with extensive experience in providing legal support to major companies, developing legal frameworks for cross-border operations, and addressing matters of foreign economic activity.
Provided legal services to companies such as Future Art Engineering Consultancy, Dr. Mahasen Medical Complex (Saudi Arabia), and ShineStar Workshop.
Also contributed to international academic collaboration projects, including the cooperation agreement between the Financial University in St. Petersburg and Shandong Vocational College (China), and supported Russian companies entering global markets.
Dana holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law (University of Damascus), and both Master’s and postgraduate degrees in Commercial Law (St. Petersburg State University).
Author of several academic publications on commercial law, corporate governance, and international trade, featured in both Russian and international journals.
